Three rules, then the fine print
If you only read one section, read this one. Everything below is these three sentences with the edge cases filled in.
Be useful
Publish things people can actually run. A rough widget shared with an honest caveat beats a polished one nobody can install.
Be honest
Credit the original, label the automation, and never dress a backtest up as a track record. Provenance is a feature here, not a formality.
Be human
Argue about indicators, models and layouts as loudly as you like. Mute is one click away — reach for it long before the report button.
Eight things that keep this place good
Short enough to remember, specific enough to enforce. Each one exists because someone, somewhere, tried the opposite.
Ship real things
Post widgets, screens, bots and research you actually built or ran. Works in progress are welcome — say so. Fiction presented as a finished product is not.

Keep the lineage
Remix anything you can install; that is what publishing is for. Provenance travels with the widget, so leave it attached and say what you changed.

Label your automations
Bots and agents run under an account that names them as such. Automating your work is encouraged; pretending a schedule is a person is the one impersonation we take personally.

Nexow renders market data, it does not endorse your entry. No guaranteed returns, no signal groups, no “DM me for the strategy”, no screenshots of a green day as proof of a system.

Keep it safe to run
Nothing that harvests credentials, mines coins in someone else’s tab, or hides a payload behind a chart. Every widget runs sandboxed — treat that as a floor, not as a challenge.

Connectors are shared infrastructure with real rate limits. Hammer a venue and it breaks for everyone, including the person you were trying to impress.

Describe what you publish
Say what a listing does, which connectors it needs, and what it cannot do yet. Publishing and installing are free today — accurate descriptions are what makes that worth keeping.
“AI-powered” is not a feature list
Attack the work, not the worker
Tear an assumption apart, question a model, redesign someone’s layout in the replies. Harassment, hate, doxxing and pile-ons are where the fun stops and the account does too.

House rules for the automations
Bots watch markets, brokers and wallets. Agents reason, call tools and deliver. Neither of them gets to be the reason someone leaves.
One human per automation
Every bot and agent belongs to an account. Whatever it posts, sends or trades, a person is answerable for it — “the agent did it” has never once worked.
Throttle your triggers
Run on the schedules the product gives you and stay inside connector limits. Spinning up extra accounts to dodge a rate limit is a rate limit violation with extra steps.
Deliver where you are invited
Webhooks, alerts and database writes go to rooms and tables you own or were welcomed into. Nobody’s server should meet your bot before they meet you.
Consent for anything costly
Trading, spending and messaging on someone’s behalf stay explicitly granted, per agent, every time. Never ask another member to turn those grants on for you.
What happens when someone forgets
Almost every breach is an accident, and almost every response is a note. The ladder only goes up when the same thing keeps happening.

A nudge
You get a message, the content gets a label, and that is usually the whole story. No reputation lost, no drama.

A pause
Repeat it and publishing, posting or automation runs go quiet for a while. Your reputation survives; your momentum does not.

A suspension
Deliberate or serious breaches suspend the account and delist what it published, remixes and installs included.
- 04
The door
Fraud, malware, harassment campaigns and impersonation end the account for good. Those are the one-way trips.
Automated flags never trigger a permanent action on their own — a human reads the case first. We would rather be slow than wrong.

Moderation works best when it starts with a link and a sentence. Both of these reach the same small team.
Report something
Send the link to the post, widget, listing or automation, plus one line on what is wrong with it. We cannot act on a vibe, but we act fast on a link.
Appeal a decision
Think we read it wrong? Reply to the notice within 30 days and a different human takes the case from the top. Explaining beats escalating.
